Turnaround Times:

• "Made To Order" product turnaround is upto 14 working days, due to production & cure time (excludes postage time).

• Orders with In-Stock/Ready to go products only, will be posted/ready to collect within 5 working days.

Plase note - If your order includes any "Made To Order" products, the turnaround time will reflect this.

Complaints, Returns/Exchanges, Refunds:

• Please ensure you read item descriptions fully, prior to purchase.

• If ever you are dissatisfied with any Koko Scents products, please contact us directly & we will do our best to rectify any issues.

• We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item, to request a return. We are able to track when orders are recieved.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. It must not have been removed from it's packaging, for hygiene reasons. We will also require proof of purchase. 

• Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

• Return postage fees are not covered and will not be reimbursed.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

• We do not offer exchanges for simply not liking the scent of a product, if the product is in satisfactory condition/quality. We offer samples/smaller quantities of items to allow scents to be tried before buying in larger quantities.

CLP/Allergen Information & Legislation:

*CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging)

• ALL of our products follow strict Legislation & EU Regulations, therefore EACH item will have CLP labels on them.

• It is the Customers responsibility to read EACH DIFFERENT SCENT AND/OR PRODUCTS CLP label, prior to use of any products. *ALL purchases of Koko Scents products will be taken as aknowledgement of this responsibility.*

• As per legislation, all CLP information can be viewed prior to purchase, all product listings will have images or text including CLP/Allergen Information - please check each listing.

• If ever your CLP label has become illegible, please contact us & we will be happy to give you this information.

• Safety Data Sheets (SDS) & Allergen Information is available upon request. Allergen information is also available on our website to view prior to any purchase.

Postage/Shipping Locations:

• At present we only post/ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Non Payment of Orders:

• We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not paid for within a certain time frame.

• We will not cancel an order until we have attempted to reach you via the contact details provided at checkout. However, if we do not recieve a response after several attempts, the order will be cancelled.
